In terms of summer temperatures are the southerner true connoisseurs. The fresh morning air leave in the apartment and at noon, when it is hot windows and shutters will be closed. Important to mutually open windows for fresh air. Frivolous people become at night because the temperatures are dropping and all the windows are open. Now passage arises. Risk come up with either a cold, a stiff neck or with little clothing sometimes a kidney pelvic inflammation. At the night, in any case avoid passage. For large windows, a trick, even for a better climate: wet bed sheet to fasten on closed windows. The cooling is good but to shower with warm water is better. The reason is simple: warm water opens the pores and the body temperature is shutting down. Noon, as a southerner Siesta appeal or lighter work. Important dates or conversations are embarrassed in the cooler days. On warm days, work performance and stress should be reduced.

Physical effort, whether professional or sporting activities, where possible set on the early morning or late evening hours. For values of 180 nanograms ozone per cubic meter is a risk of injury. Effects of ozone are inflammation of the respiratory organs, allergies and asthma. Special protection for the head is required – not only for children but also for adults. The head is responsible for the regulation of body heat. And are unprotected sun: The head overheated and the result is a sunstroke. Therefore the head is to protect against the sun with a hat or cap. Even in the shadow people get tan skin. Perhaps a little less, but in a more healthy way.
